I am a professionally qualified and experienced Psychodynamic Counsellor practising in Epsom, Surrey. I am a member of the (BACP) British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and adhere to the BACP's code of ethic and practice. My aim is to help my clients understand the root cause of their difficulties. It is my belief that most of our emotional difficulties are rooted in our past and in order to live more successfully in the present and the future we first need to gain a clearer understanding of what has caused our current difficulties. Psychodynamic counselling can help to uncover patterns of behaviour and give us a greater sense of freedom to live our lives as we want, by changing the way we relate to others and changing the way we think and feel about ourselves.

My practice is in central Epsom, within easy reach of Ashtead, Banstead, Bookham, Chessington, Dorking, Ewell, Leatherhead, Kingston, Surbiton, Sutton, Worcester Park and Wimbledon. I also offer Telephone Counselling for people who are unable to travel to my practice for face to face counselling.
